First and foremost, we strictly adhere to the guidelines of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. Taiwan’s containment of the virus has been effective, and we promise to treat the threat of COVID-19 seriously and proactively.

We have implemented the following measures to both ensure the safety of human lives and uninterrupted delivery of our products in these trying times:

• The use of infrared thermometers to measure the visitor's and employee's body temperature before entering our installations and alcohol to assure everyone's hands keep virus-free
• Mask-wearing and social distancing as possible while we operate in the office, at our factory and warehouse
• Significant reduction in customer visits and traveling by adopting more online meetings
• Mail and packages are all kept in a safe location before shipping
• As a backup plan, we keep information in multiple geographical locations
• Maintaining constant communication with our suppliers to maintain consistent supply chains

To lessen the impact of the repercussions of COVID-19, we encourage our customers/partners to keep a higher stock level with effective forecasting during these days.
